My Philosophy on Nutrition

Good nutrition is achievable for anyone on any budget or schedule. Good nutrition looks different for everyone because each individual has unique challenges and needs. There is no one perfect diet for everyone. Good nutrition doesn't require fancy equipment, expensive foods, extreme diet plans, a cupboard of supplements, or giving up favorite foods. Good nutrition is a gift and reward that only you can give yourself. I believe anyone can eat healthy and everyone can do a little better. I believe living a healthy lifestyle consists of constantly making small, manageable changes on a journey which leads to true health. If you want to make lifestyle changes, need a coach and a cheerleader to keep you going, or simply want to learn more about nutrition I can create a plan that will work for you.
About Me

I am loving life living in my little house with my small garden and a flock of 4 chickens. I love it even more because I share it with my wonderful, sweet, supportive husband. I graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelors of science in dietetics April 2012 and passed the RD exam April 2013 after completing my supervised practice internship through Utah State University.
